Mei-Hua River Tracing in Taiwan

If you are going to Taiwan. Try the most fun outdoor activity in Taiwan. River tracing (river trekking). You will experience water jumping / abseiling by a waterfall / climbing small waterfalls. Mei-Hua River Tracing is only 1.5h driving from Taipei, we will pick you up and drop you off at Taipei. Transportation is  included in this price.

Mei-Hua river tracing is very popular. Although it will be a little crowded in summer weekend, we still recommend you to try this one, with it's rich content. You will experience water jumping, abseiling, showering under a small waterfall, swimming in natural pool, climbing etc. You shall have lots of fun. The best thing is, this trip is the only one you can have a shower after activity, and enjoy the hot spring(except for Tuesday).

06:40 pick up at Xinpu station exit No.2
08:00 stop by Nei-Wan old street 7-11
08:30 park at Jin Ping Beauty Hot Spring Resort
08:40 gear up. tutorial. 10 minutes walk to the start.
09:30 start and have fun.
12:00 lunch time
13:00 abseiling. 8 meter high water Jumping.
14:30 down-stream.
15:30 back to the parking lot.
16:00 enjoy the hot spring
16:40 driving home
18:30 back to Xinpu station

06:40 AM pick up at the Taipei MRT Xinpu Station Exit No.2. It's in front of the Forward Hotel.

Take the MRT blue line to Xinpu station, then go to the Exit No.2.

Or you can hire a taxi to Forward Hotel (板橋馥華飯店).

Our guides will meet you there by the road.

1. This price is for small group, including pick-up and drop-off at Taipei and more inclusions. max 10 people, min. 2 people.
2. We will inform you the cell phone number and the name of the guide leader 3 days prior. But if you don't have a local sim card, just be sure to show up at the meeting point. Our guides will find you. Or, if you want to, you can offer us your FB.
3. Dress as casual as you can. Slippers and sandals are recommended. What you dressed will not go into the water with you, don't worry.
4. Bring a bottle of water(600-1000 ml), your swimming costume, swimming goggles (not necessary), swimming cap (If you have one. That's for wearing in the hot spring resort after activity. or you can buy one there.) some snacks (not necessary), a plastic bag for your wet swimming costume after activity. We will provide you lunch. You will get one backpack to carry stuffs into the river.
5. We suggest that you wear on your swimming costume inside before activity.
6. Do not bring electronic devices into the river, everything will get wet during the activity. Our guides will bring camera and picturing for you.
7. If you're wearing glasses or contact lenses, we recommend you to bring a spare pair.
8. Do not bring anything valuable into the river, you may lose them.
9. Trim your nails before activity. They may snap.
10. All safety instructions given by our guides must be adhered to or you will be removed from the group for the safety of yourself and others.
11. The guides will only wait for you for 10 minutes at most, don't be late at the pick-up point.
12. Our guides reserve the right to alter the itinerary.
13. The minimum number of participants is 2.
14. Trips will still be carried out in a moderate rainy day.
